booking requirements

Booking Andrew is a simple process. The following procedure is the normal course of events.

  1. Interest is established and Pre Conference Interview
  2. Conceptual Agreement/proposal sent from Andrew May’s office
  3. Informal confirmation received from client
  4. Booking Agreement Sheet is sent to booking representative via email including:
    • Audio Visual Guidelines
    • Andrew May Introduction
    • Andrew May Biography
    • Session overview and learning outcomes
    • Photograph for program booklet and marketing materials
    • Service Agreement contract
    • Invoice 1 for 50% of presentation fee, advanced payment required to hold the booking
  5. Signed Service Agreement is faxed back by client, and 50% deposit is received
  6. Invoice 2 sent via email (including expenses), payment due 7 days post presentation
