Good site! I truly love how it is simple on my eyes and the data are well written. I am wondering how I could be notified whenever a new post has been made. I have subscribed to your feed which must do the trick! Have a great day!

I think it goes a long way to explaining my chalenging year end! I am guilty of all of the above. I tend to turn to a coffee when it's all becoming too much. Maybe caffeine is playing a factor as well!!!

Maysie,

Great article mate, and no rocket science there but always good to be reminded of those simple things that make life more effective. An now if i can stop reading blogs, i might get some of my "to-do's" done.

Cheers

Brilliant advice thanks Andrew. I spend 3 hours in Starbucks a day working with my ear phones in and it works wonders. Although there's the temptation to look at emails and check facebook - so much wasted time. I give myself a 'reward' of half hour of this if I get 2 hours solid done. Or I can't buy a coffee until I've done my 3 'MIT's' (Most Important Tasks). I really want to get more done though, working on it. Wasted time is never recovered!

Hi Andrew,

On vacation in Italy at the moment with my wife's family. Her Nonna sleeps for 20 minutes every day after lunch without fail and rises to a short black (coffee). She is 93 not out and still going strong and in total control of all faculties. This will be included in my performance enhancement strategies on my return.

Great article Andrew, love it!
Even though I haven't worked out how to do it with my site yet your content would be totally worth having a facebook like button... I would have definitely clicked the facebook like to add to my posts. You may want to think about adding it this site. It looks like this is a pretty new site so perhaps you've already got that on the way.
p.s. I love your new colours and branding.

Great advice. I saw you speak at a conference in Melbourne earlier this year on resilience and stress management and it has made a huge difference to the way I live. Thanks heaps!
It really does help to take stock of what we do have rather than getting so stressed out about what we don't have...
